From time to time, I get the honor and privilege to contribute to one of my personal favorite blogs, HR Bartender – authored by the incomparable and brilliant Sharlyn Lauby. Sharlyn was one of the first bloggers I ever read and followed — and who I first turned to for advice before I started my own blog.
